Our purchasing department is divided into operational and strategic purchasing:

Operational Purchasing manages ongoing order processing and procurement logistics, ensuring that goods are delivered at the right time, to the right place, in the right quantity and at the right price.

Strategic Purchasing manages suppliers, contract management, commodity group strategies, innovations and project support, price negotiations, logistics and the structuring of conditions.

Sustainable Supplier Management 

Monroe Truck Equipment and Towmaster suppliers are audited and vetted as part of our established internal supplier management system. When considering a new supplier, factors such as form, fit, function, quality, price, lead-time, compliance, and environment are examined in depth. Risks in the delivery supply are considered.
