We have so many talented and dedicated employees across all of our locations. In Louisville, truck equipment installer Jerry Jennings brings a level of commitment and fun that benefits our whole entire team! Jerry has been a member of the Louisville team for one year and seven months. In that short time, he has become an integral part of our team and a friend to us all.  Truck Equipment Installers perform tasks that are paramount to our success, and the success of our customers. They layout, fit, install or repair the truck equipment components that make each of our builds functional and unique. From electrical units and hydraulics to ladder racks and snow and ice accessories-- truck equipment installers are responsible for building trust and durability into all the products we create. Not only does Jerry bring a high level of craftsmanship and commitment to our team, he also brings a lot of personality to our crew as well. One of his favorite Monroe memories is when team member Eric threw the Louisville crew a “Steaks”giving dinner around Thanksgiving last year. The whole team enjoyed freshly grilled steaks and potatoes for a decadent holiday lunch. 

At Monroe Truck Equipment, we like to take the opportunity to support and invest in what our team members care about the most. In the past we’ve hosted holiday food drives, blood donations, pet supply and food drives and more-- all at the behest of our amazing team members. Our Monroe installer Tom Keyser led another initiative for our team. With sponsorship from Apparitions MC and ABATE Region 8D,  Tom headed a household supply drive that goes to support the foster children and families of Green County. 

The Monroe Truck Equipment team hosted their 3rd Annual Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treat Spooktacular at the Green County Fairgrounds. This event has become a beloved tradition after its inception in 2020. Team members wanted a way to celebrate the holiday with the community, but do it safely and from a distance. Thus, the Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treat Spooktacular was born!
