Pete Heerschap, the Truck Equipment Installer Supervisor at our Kernersville location, has been on the team for 17 years. In that time he has developed a rewarding career path and has more than earned his role as supervisor. Pete is responsible for leading the truck equipment installation team through projects, helping when needed and ensuring each customer receives the best possible truck equipment solutions.
Pete’s favorite thing about the job is being able to lead a team into stellar production weeks, despite shortages. Pete is also a leader in employee events. “My fondest memory is being the grill master at our Southern Coach cookouts,” he said.
In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife and son, along with their dogs. His hobbies include working on low riders and custom cars as well. Thanks Pete for what you do at Kernersville, and keep up the good work!
