We are so happy to be able to celebrate an anniversary for this month’s Employee Spotlight. As of today, January 23, 2023, Chris Kolpien has been on our team for 11 years. We are grateful for Chris, and all of our team members who are investing their careers with our team. The whole Monroe Truck Equipment team is proud to celebrate Chris and his eleven years of accomplishments.
Chris is an Installer at our Marshfield location. As an installer he’s responsible for safely and accurately installing truck equipment according to the customer’s specifications. Chris and his team allow our customers to invest in the features that will help them work best, not just a one-size-fits-all solution.
When asked about his favorite part of the job, Chris mentions the pride he feels from the end result of the hours that get put into each build. When thinking of memories, what comes to mind are the amount of times that he has been challenged as a tech with a difficult build and all the knowledge that comes from tackling that challenge.
Chris is also a Monroe advocate on off-hours. He and his wife help each year with our annual Christmas parade in the town of Marshfield.
In his free time, Chris enjoys attending old car shows. He is also an avid fan of Sci-Fi movies and culture. He still considers himself a kid at heart by enjoying Legos and following the massive projects that people build with them.
