For nearly three decades, Shawn Kratochvill has served on the Monroe Truck Equipment sales team. As one of the customer-facing team members, Shawn has represented the best of us through the years. He has brought a countless number of customers our way, and has ensured that each and every one of them leaves with the solutions they need to meet all of their challenges.
Shawn started 29 years ago as a Heavy Truck Equipment salesman. Through the years, he moved into Accessory sales and then later into our Commercial Truck Equipment sales role. Shawn enjoys working with customers, whether it’s retail dealerships or fleet accounts, and helping them solve their specific needs for commercial equipment. He also enjoys building relationships with his coworkers, many of whom have also been here for many years.
When he’s not at work, Shawn enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Shawn is a dedicated and extremely hard-working individual who is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your commitment and companionship, Shawn! We are lucky to have you on our team.
