This month, we are proud to celebrate Matt “Woody” Woodward, a machinist at our Monroe, WI location. Woody is an integral part of our team. He’s been a part of our crew for over two decades, 22 years to be exact. During that time he has worked on hundreds, if not thousands of builds, using his skills to create the pieces we need to create powerful solutions for our customers. His job demands extreme accuracy and preciseness, as well as a myriad of other skills he has mastered over the years.
Woody states his favorite part of his job is his co-workers. “I enjoy all of the people I get to interact with,” he said. “My favorite memories are the cookouts on Fridays that we used to have.” Woody loves his team, and his team loves him back. He is always willing to go the extra mile, lending a hand to anyone who needs some extra help.
During his free time, Woody enjoys spending time with his daughter and spending time in the great outdoors, enjoying activities like fishing, tubing, kayaking, hunting, and playing sports.
We are beyond grateful for Woody and his years of dedication, hard work and camaraderie. Congratulations on many wonderful years, and here’s to many more!
