Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc. (MTE) is pleased to announce their latest expansion to their Monroe, Wisconsin facility.  The new 63,000 square foot addition will be used to house their Powder Coat Paint Facility along with providing warehouse space for parts and steel and an area for the final assembly of various Snow & Ice Control Products. 

MTE can now produce a product with a longer lasting finish coat that is corrosion resistant due to the strong, adhesive bond that forms during the encasement-type process.  An extra bonus is the environmentally friendly powder (95% recyclable residue) that emits "0" VOC's into the environment.

     The powder is applied in excess of 3mils thick and the parts are then cured in a baking oven at an average cure temperature of 400°F.  This process gives a longer lasting, more durable finish because of a much stronger adhesion between the powder and the steel.
